Reception/Administrative Assistant - Fulltime

Are you a highly motivated and outgoing individual that has a passion for customer satisfaction? Do you have experience as a receptionist, good computer skills and some experience with retail sales? Then you are an ideal candidate this position.

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Successful applicants will be required to display excellent organizational skills, administrative, computer skills and customer service experience. An effervescent, outgoing personality would be a definite asset in helping you as the “problem solving, customer satisfying, high achiever” we require for this position. Responsibilities:

  • To felid incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • To assist customers that arrive at the entrance and direct them accordingly
  • To assist customers in the parts store and run the cashier counter.
  • To assist in light administrative duties for the service team
  • To handle routine telephone communications
  • To complete all paperwork daily

Hours: 40 hours per week with shifts Monday - Saturday's
